SPNH褐煤樹脂為黑色粉末，該(gai)產(chan)品是由苯酚、甲醛、硝基腐(fu)植酸等在一(yi)定條件(jian)下接枝共聚而成，其(qi)中含有多(duo)種(zhong)活(huo)性基團，抗溫可達200℃，能顯著(zhu)地降低淡(dan)水(shui)、飽(bao)和鹽水(shui)鉆(zhan)井液的失(shi)水(shui)量(liang)，且明(ming)顯改善(shan)泥(ni)餅質量(liang)和鉆(zhan)井液的流變性。

1、抗溫能(neng)力強，具(ju)有很(hen)好的降失水性能(neng)和廣泛的抗污染能(neng)力。
2、粘(zhan)度效應低(di)，鉆井(jing)液具(ju)有好的流變(bian)性。

三(san)、包裝、運輸及儲存
包(bao)裝袋為紙塑三合一包(bao)裝袋，頂口縫(feng)合后用膠(jiao)帶粘(zhan)結，每袋凈重(zhong)25（±0.5）kg。
本品不(bu)燃、不(bu)爆、沒毒、無(wu)害，按非危險品運輸管(guan)理(li)。
產品在儲存(cun)過程(cheng)中應注意防潮、防漏(lou)。有(you)效期兩年。
本品避(bi)免與眼睛(jing)接觸，否則用大量清(qing)水清(qing)洗。
SPNH Lignite Resin for Drilling Fluid
SPNH lignite resin is black powder, which is made of phenol, formaldehyde, nitro humic acid and so on by grafting copolymerization under certain conditions. It contains a variety of active groups, and its temperature resistance can reach 200 ℃. It can significantly reduce the water loss of fresh water and saturated brine drilling fluid, and significantly improve the quality of mud cake and rheological properties of drilling fluid.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage
The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one packaging bag. The top opening is sewn and bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25 (± 0.5) kg.
This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.
The products should be protected from moisture and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.
Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
